Renewal stops: the subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then ends. No cost.
Withdraw within 14 days
If you're a consumer, within 14 days of subscribing or of a top-up you can cancel the contract without giving a reason: the subscription stops immediately and we refund what you paid, minus the part already used, within 14 days.
